AGM + George Ferguson on the Our World plans for the Clifton Zoo site

Our first talk after the long hiatus will be on Tuesday, October 26th and will be preceded by a brief Annual General Meeting. The speaker will be George Ferguson, former Mayor of Bristol, who will talk about the Our World consortium and its plans for the Clifton Zoo site. As members will be aware, Our World is keen to purchase the site and to transform it into a world class, virtual zoo attraction. Many would be sad to see the site sold for high density residential development and will, therefore, be keen to learn what exactly Our World's plans are and whether they are likely to be realised.
Start is 8pm, with doors open at 7.30pm to allow time for liquid refreshment and a chat.
