Complete the form: Bristol City Council: Graffiti and Fly-Tipping. Click on Report a street issue, then Graffiti. Currently the Council is able to issue Graffiti Removal Notices, fixed penalty charges and initiate prosecutions. Please note that the Council’s contractor cannot remove graffiti without a signed indemnity form completed by the owner of the property. In addition, there is a charge for the removal of any graffiti above head height.
