Civic Society's Blue Plaques & Suspension Bridge Secrets.

This talk, postponed from February, will now take place at the Apostle Room at Clifton Cathedral, at 8pm on Tuesday, April 26th, doors open at 7.30pm.

Gordon Young has been involved with facilitating 33 Civic Society blue plaques since 2015. He will present a lively account of what is involved behind the scenes and show Powerpoint slides of the unveiling ceremonies.

Gordon has been a Suspension Bridge tour guide for many years and has led over 3,600 people across the bridge and into the Leigh Woods Vaults. His span of anecdotes is almost equal to the span of the bridge itself.

Gordon is an informative and entertaining speaker and an excellent photographer, making his talks unmissable.
