CHIS Notice Board.

Members might have noticed that the CHIS notice board next to the entrance to Clifton Library has been missing for some time. Sadly, the old wooden board, which had served us well for a long number of years had become badly decayed and had to be removed. With the Council's approval, a new metal board was commissioned but it has been rather longer in the making than expected, due to the signwriter's ill health.
We were, therefore, delighted to learn that the handsome new board is almost ready and will be affixed to the wall as soon as the Council staff can fit the task into their busy work schedule. There is likely to be an official unveiling, so watch this space for further details!
