Monica Sjöö Plaque Unveiling Sat 19th November

The artist, writer and eco-feminist activist Monica Sjöö lived for some years at The Dragon Workshop 47 Princess Victoria Street where a CHIS commemorative plaque was dedicated upon Saturday, November 22nd at 11am.

There was a short talk by Dr Sue Tate, freelance art historian and visiting research fellow at the University of the West of England.

A large number of CHIS members attended the Plaque unveiling and then retired to the Ivy for coffee and canapés.
