Annual General Meeting

This will take place on Tuesday, 24th October at 8.00 p.m. in the Apostle Room at Clifton Cathedral.


  1. Chairman's Introduction.

  2. Report from Treasurer & election of auditor.

  3. Elections to the Committee.

This year there are 5 vacancies. To be eligible to stand you must have been a member for at least 2 years and have submitted to RoseMary Musgrave, at least 14 days before the AGM, a letter signifying your willingness to serve, countersigned by 2 members of at least 2 years standing, one of whom must be an existing Committee member.

  2. Any other business.

The formal part of the meeting will be followed by a short presentation about the work of CHIS, including the annual Green Squares & Secret Gardens event.

If you are interested in standing for the Committee and would like further information about this or if there are any specific topics you would like to discuss, it is essential that you contact Rosemary beforehand to ensure that someone is available to deal with the matter.
